A fire strategy is a complex document specifically tailored to a building to comply with Regulation
38 of the Building Regulations when a building is being modified/extended. the building strategy
reviews all aspects of the building’s fire safety features including construction, compartmentation
strategy, means of escape and other fire safety

The plan is managed per building using a database and will ensure no legal compliance is overlooked.
